The SSSI Board is responsible for governance, strategic planning, fiduciary oversight and monitoring against the strategic plan.
There are four executive positions on the board, the President, President-Elect, Past President, and Treasurer. These positions, along with four other Board Members, are elected by the Consultative Council, at least one of which must be a member of the Young Professionals Group and one in a director or managerial position in private practice.
